FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes isolation of cells from cell material source. Application of isolated cells onto growth medium, as such biomaterial based on the basis of polymer of native form of gialuronic acid, in which immediately before placement of cells physiological solution (0.9 NaCl %) is added, liquid loss being compensated by addition of phosphate buffer solution each 1-1.5 hours. Cultivation of cells with formation of monolayer of isolated cells with each 1-1.5 hour further preparation of histologic preparations for control of cell viability.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain cell culture with preservation of their functional activity and formation of o cell monolayer in standard laboratory conditions.
