METHOD TO MANUFACTURE DOUBLED FIBRE NON-WOVEN MATERIAL "MONFORM" Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC D04H3/14 

FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of three fibrous layers, assembly of layers pack and their fixation by means of thermal treatment. At the same time the first fibre layer contains bicomponent polyester fibres of "core-shell" type and single-component polyester fibres. The second fibre layer contains polyester and/or polypropylene fibres. The third fixing fibre layer is made of polyester bicomponent fibres of "core-shell" type. Layers packet is assembled with arrangement of the third fixing layer between the first and second layers. Layers are fixed by means of thermal treatment as the layers pack is pulled between the rollers. Besides, the specified thermal treatment is carried out at the temperature sufficient to melt shell of bicomponent fibres of the first and third layers, but insufficient to melt other components of layers.

EFFECT: reduced specific weight of a shaped product, improved ecological compatibility of the doubled material and production process of material manufacturing and forming of parts, higher fire resistance of the finished product, resistance to wear, easier forming of the material, reduced wastes and losses in process of forming.
