SUBSTANCE: in available downtake facility additionally pipes are introduced with output holes to supply water to a knife ring, which is equipped with nozzles to connect to pipes for water supply and has output holes on its outer and inner surface, which are arranged at the angle to tangents to outer and inner contour of the ring, and a device for soil excavation comprises a pump, a drain pipe, connected ot the ring pipe with nozzles to pump sludge mass, another difference is the fact that the nozzles for sludge mass pumping are arranged at the angle to the plane passing along the lower cut of the knife ring, for efficient pumping of sludge mass from the working zone, outlet holes of pipes for water supply to the knife ring and nozzles in the ring pipe of the soil excavation device are arranged along the Archimedes. Combination of these criteria gives technical effect - even lowering of the downtake structure along whole contour of the knife ring.

EFFECT: invention application will make it possible, without making the structure more complicated and heavier, to provide even lowering of the downtake facility along the whole contour of the knife ring.
