FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves construction of upper injection and lower production wells with horizontal sections located one above the other, pumping of heat carrier via horizontal injection well with heat warming by making steam chamber and extraction of product via horizontal production well, at which thermograms of steam chamber are picked up, its warming state is analysed for uniform warming and available temperature peak values. Considering the obtained thermograms the uniform warming of steam chamber is performed, and product extraction zones change. During construction of wells their horizontal sections are equipped with filters installed opposite productive formation zones. Inside filter in wells there arranged are similar shanks equipped with inlet holes dividing filters in injection and production wells into heating zones of heat carrier and extraction zones of product at the distance excluding heat carrier break when heating and extraction zone is changed. In injection well the shank is equipped on the outside with the stock lowered on pipe string which is equipped on wellhead with two-directional hydraulic jack, and shank in production well is equipped with the stock connected to the pump inlet which is lowered to production well on pipe string which is equipped on wellhead with its two-direction hydraulic jack. Space between stock and shank between inlet holes of shank both in production and injection wells is tightly isolated prior to lowering with annular inserts, thus dividing the shank into appropriate heating sections or extraction sections, which are interconnected via side channels next but one to inner space of stock. In order to change heating zones and extraction zones, in case of temperature peak values, pumping of heat carrier and extraction of product is stopped. In hydraulic jacks excess pressure is created, which leads to longitudinal simultaneous movement of pipe strings with stocks in the appropriate shanks so that their side channels when passing through annular inserts interconnect inner space of stocks to neighbouring heating sections and extraction sections which were not involved earlier; after that, pumping of heat carrier and extraction of products is continued before temperature peaks occur opposite heating sections and extraction sections in heating and extraction sections appropriate to them. In order to exclude the break of heat carrier, pumping of heat carrier and extraction of product is stopped. In hydraulic jacks the excess reverse pressure is created, which causes longitudinal displacement in shanks and return to initial state together with pipe strings of the appropriate stocks. After that, pumping of heat carrier and extraction of product is continued in the corresponding initial sections and zones. During operation the cycles are synchronously repeated if it is necessary to change heating and extraction zones of shanks.
EFFECT: enhancing development efficiency of heavy oil or bitumen minefield with control of heat carrier pumped to the well and extraction of product from the well.
