FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in constructing upper pressure well and lower producing well with horizontal sections located one above another, in pumping heat carrier via pressure well and in reservoir heating, in formation of steam chamber and in withdrawing production via producer decreasing withdrawal in zones of temperature peaks presence. Horizontal sections of wells are equipped with filters. An extracted shank-end-filter, a circular cavity of which is filled with thermo-granules, is installed inside the filter of the producer under an immersed pump. The arrangement for implementation of this method consists of the upper pressure well and lower producer with horizontal sections equipped with filters and positioned one above another. The pressure well at the wellhead is equipped with a stem generator, while the producer is equipped with the immersed pump. Inside the filter in the producer there is installed the extracted shank-end-filter consisting of external and internal cylinder meshes, a circular cavity of which is filled with thermo-granules. Outside the shank-end-filter is equipped with packing elements pressure tight interacting with the filter of the producer.

EFFECT: reduced financial and material expenditures for development of deposits of heavy oil or bitumen, increased reliability of operation of arrangement.
