DEVELOPMENT METHOD OF HEAVY OIL OR BITUMEN MINE FIELD WITH CONTROL OF WELL PRODUCTION EXTRACTION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E21B43/24 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves construction of upper injection well and lower production well with horizontal sections located one above the other, pumping of heat carrier through horizontal injection well with warming-up of formation by developing the steam chamber and extraction of product through horizontal production well, picking-up of thermogramme of steam chamber, analysis of the warming state for uniform warming-up and availability of thermal spikes, and considering the obtained thermogrammes, uniform warming-up of steam chamber is performed by changing product extraction zones. Horizontal sections of wells are equipped with filters. Pump shank is arranged inside the filter in production well. Shank is equipped with inlet holes separating the filter into extraction zones. Shank is equipped from the inner side with the stock the inner space of which is interconnected with the pump inlet. Pump is lowered to production well on pipe string which is equipped at the well head with double-action hydraulic jack. Space between stock and shank between inlet holes of the shank are separated with annular inserts prior to lowering.

EFFECT: reducing financial and material costs for method's implementation, improving development efficiency of heavy oil or bitumen mine field with control of the well product extraction.
