FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: in welded plate-type heat exchanger consisting of casing and cassettes placed inside it and made from round membranes welded to each other along inner and outer outlines, the cassettes are made in the form of weld bellows, and membranes have one hole which is located immediately at external outline of membrane. At that, each next ruffle of bellows, which is formed of two membranes, is located so that its internal hole is diametrically opposite to hole of the previous ruffle.
EFFECT: improving heat exchange between media, simplifying the heat exchanger design and heat exchanger assembly.
