FIELD: heat engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in technology for heating liquid or gaseous media, for example, as a recuperator. A plate heat exchanger containing a cylindrical casing (2), heat exchange elements (3) made of corrugated plates connected in pairs along the peripheral edges and having flanges protruding beyond the peripheral edge, forming inlet (7) and outlet (8) collector windows fixed in the connecting elements (12). The body (9) of the heat exchanger additionally contains an external casing (1). The cylindrical casing (2) on one side has a flange for connection with the combustion chamber of the gas turbine unit, while the flange is made with protrusions (14) forming bypass ports with the inner surface of the gas turbine unit casing for passing air into the heat exchanger, and is made with the possibility of dividing air flows, the flow entering the inlet (7) collector windows of the heat exchange elements (3) from the compressor of the gas turbine unit, and the flow entering the combustion chamber from the outlet (8) collector windows of the heat exchange elements (3), while the inlet (7) collector windows are located on the opposite side of the combustion chamber. The outer casing (1) of the heat exchanger is installed with the formation of an annular channel (6) for supplying air from the compressor of the gas turbine unit to the inlet (7) collector windows of the heat exchange elements (3). Also disclosed is a method for manufacturing a plate heat exchanger.

EFFECT: increasing the rigidity and strength of the heat exchanger, simplifying its manufacture.
