SUBSTANCE: device includes digital generator of sine signal of infra-low frequency, reference voltage unit, storage device, clock-pulse generator, measuring device, compensating device, and data indication and processing device. Main outputs of digital generator of infra-low frequency are connected to measuring device through reference resistor and to the tested object through compensating device. Clock-pulse generator, reference voltage unit and data indication and processing unit is connected to measuring device.
EFFECT: possibility of measuring leakage resistance of cable and its being compared to data of storage unit in order to determine the state of cable.
