FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device designed to measure battery reactance to estimate its degree of charge (energy resources) has sine-wave master oscillator one of whose leads is connected to current tester and through standard resistor, to battery; its other lead is connected to battery and through isolating capacitor, to voltage tester; newly introduced in device are infralow-frequency digital driving voltage generator provided with two additional leads and digital current and voltage testers incorporating valves, null detectors, counters, code-to-voltage converters, and common clock generator. Two main outputs of driving generator are connected to inputs of null detectors and two additional outputs, to valve inputs; clock generator output is connected to second inputs of valves. Outputs of null detectors are connected to third inputs of valves whose outputs are connected to counter inputs; output of current-tester counter is connected to code input of code-to-voltage converter and reference voltage source, to analog input of this converter; output of the latter converter is connected to second input of current-tester null detector and to analog input of voltage-tester code-to-voltage converter. Output of the latter is connected to second input of voltage-tester null detector; output of voltage-tester counter is connected to code input of code-to- voltage converter and to capacitance indicator whose second input is connected to input of voltage-tester null detector.
