FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the digital measurement equipment and is intended for the storage batteries monitored parameters measurement. Essence: the storage batteries technical condition monitoring and controlling device contains voltage sensor, current sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor and the insulation resistance measurement sensor, microprocessor, reference power source. All of the sensors outputs are connected to the microprocessor inputs. Reference voltage source output is connected to the microprocessor analog input. Into the device the infra-low-frequency sinusoidal current digital generator, the compensating device, the recording device, communication device, the display device, the charge-discharge device are introduced. Microprocessor includes control device, comparator, random access memory, read-only memory, data bank, the alternating voltage and current digital meters. Through the storage battery and the compensating device the infra-low frequency sinusoidal current digital generator is connected to the microprocessor current and voltage digital meter inputs. Microprocessor is connected to the infra-low frequency sinusoidal current digital generator and the charging / discharging device, as well as to the recording device input and the communication device. Recording device is connected to the display device.
