FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, namely to gynecology, and can be used for correction of failures in reproductive organs, caused by carrying out controlled total-body hyperthermia (CTBH). For this purpose, after CTBH impact melatonin is introduced into animal organism.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of spasm of ovarian arteries; reduction of venous congestion severity and normalisation of venous blood flow; reduction of severity of lymph flow and folliculogenesis failures on the 7-th day; as well as ensures restoration of volume density of yellow bodies of ovaries, which are at the proliferation and vascularisation stage; reduction of degree of severity of decrease of volume density of ovary yellow bodies that are at the stages of glandular metamorphosis and growth; reduction of degree of severity of degeneration and atresia of yellow bodies that are at the stage of reverse development.
