FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: pieces of ovaries are dried for the course of 10 days at temperature from - 4 to 0 C or puncture of follicle is conducted to give it shape of irregular oval. Then it is fixed in 10 % solution of formalin for the course of not more than 1 h, section is prepared, dyed with hematoxyline-eosin or other dye for protein and flourpolysacchardes with subsequent microscopic investigation of prepared preparation.
