FIELD: medicine; therapy; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to therapy and pharmacology; it is intended for correction of ovary damage caused by a cytostatic effect. For correction of ovary damage caused by a cytostatic effect, GM-SCF is used, immobilized on low-molecular polyethylene glycol by impact of an accelerated electron flux with energy of 2.5 MeV, absorbed dose of 2-10 KGr, and dose collection rate of 1.65 KGr/h.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows for protection of ovary tissue from a cytostatic effect.
