FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system of utilisation of moist carbon containing wastes consists of fire chamber of boiling layer; fire chamber contains vaulted case out of refractory material and fire grate with nozzles. The nozzles supply heat carrier from a blowing fan connected to outlet of high temperature air heater of heat exchanging facility by means of a heat conduit. Inert carrier in form of coarse-grained quartz sand is stowed on the fire grate. A screw unloader is installed in a lower part of the fire chamber case, while a vortex nozzle-burner is placed in a side wall; the nozzle-burner operates on gaseous fuel supplied from a bio-reactor. Wastes are supplied from a pneumatic loading facility to the fire chamber via a spraying device equipped with a tangential heat carrier supply duct; the fire chamber is also equipped with a chimney installed in one of its side walls and connected with the heat exchanging facility via the heat conduit; the outlet of the heat exchanging facility is connected with an ash catcher consisting of an inlet branch, of a case, of an outlet branch, of a bin, and of irrigating and spraying nozzles corresponding to centrifugal nozzles for fluid spraying.
EFFECT: invention facilitates increased efficiency of power resource conservation and purification of furnace gases.
