FIELD: textile; paper.
SUBSTANCE: paper is made from pulp containing wood fibre, where a binding substance and clay are added. Then sheets are shaped. Initially waste paper is sorted according to its classification. Then it is loaded into an autoclave for dispersion, removal of dirt, oil, typographic ink and other foreign materials. Then it is impregnated, bleached to shape the pulp. Downstream the pulper the processed mass arrives into a tower for moist treatment, where soaking is carried out. Then it is supplied to a sieve, where dirt and foreign material are discharged. Afterwards flotation is carried out, then filtering, flushing, dehydration and degreasing, then final processing is made by means of bleaching with chemicals release.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and quality of paper recycling.
