FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway ACS and telemetry and may be used for controlling track non-occupancy. Control device comprises track generator 1, limiting resistor 2, two track transformers, first band filter 7, first track rectifier 8, first ADC 9, second band filter 12, second track rectifier 12, second ADC 13, isolating joints and track line 19. Additionally, device incorporates track receiver 10, track coils and extra generator 11. Note here that track generator is connected via limiting resistor and first track transformer 3 to one end of track. Second track receiver is connected to second end of said track via second track transfer 8, first track rectifier and first ADC. Track coils are connected to second track receiver via second ADC, second track rectifier and second band filter. Said track coils are located at the center of aforesaid track. Auxiliary generator is connected to mid pints of secondaries of track transformers.
EFFECT: increased controlled track length and shut sensitivity, reduced tolerable insulance.
