SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to railroad ACS and telemetry hardware and be used for traffic control. Device comprises track generator, first bandpass filter, first and second matching transformers, three track lines, first rectifier, first and second ADCs, PROM, second and third comparators, first and second ABD elements, first and third triggers, and clock oscillator. Besides, device incorporates reset button, fourth track line, third and fourth matching transformers, second bandpass filter, threshold resistance transducer, voltage stabiliser, first and second adders, first and second computers, second and third rectifiers, third ADC, resistor, first and second stack storage devices.
EFFECT: higher reliability of control.
