FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building and serves to maintain heel and pitch stability of gliding and displacement boats with cruising speed not less than 15 km/h and length making, at least, five wave lengths in given harbor area. Ship stabilisation system comprises stabilisation actuators and sensitive elements. Stabilisation actuators comprise horizontal air or water rudders and/or controlled transom plates, and/trimmers, and/or controlled foils. Sensitive element may be made up of hydrodynamic surface and/or floats, membrane chambers, or aerodynamic feathering surfaces. Sensitive elements convert ingoing wave power to drive stabilisation element actuators. Stabilisation actuators ate connected with sensitive elements by system of ropes or tie rods, or pulleys, or bell cranks, or switching couplings, or quick-detachable fasteners.
EFFECT: reduced pitch on getting gliding, easier wave following in storm.
