FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ozonising blower comprises corona-forming and conducting electrodes connected with HV AC source and arranged on opposite sides of face walls of radial-flow fan dielectric casing flow section, additional flat electrode arranged in said flow section and secured in cantilever on side wall at equal distance from face walls. Corona-forming electrode is arranged on inner side of walls and is made up of two opposed rakes. Aforesaid additional flat electrode features invariable gap with respect to blower impeller dielectric vanes and is connected to positive-polarity HV source. Additional electrode plate area overlaps that of each rake of corona-forming electrode.
EFFECT: ozone produced by electric discharge.
