FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology. Loose graphite bulk 16 is loaded into bin 15. Air evacuated from bin 15 and chamber 2, system to circulate water in space 3 and inert gas feed system are cut in. Electric connections of current leads 7 and 8 as drive 13 of screw 11 are cut in to continuously feed graphite bulk 16 from bin 15 along screw 11 into orifice in extrusion chamber 9. Bulk 16 turns into solid electrode 5 at outlet of said orifice. End of electrode 5 approaching electrode 4 to the distance necessary to fire electric arc, the latter is fired. System of inert gas circulation in chamber 2 is cut in. Due to firing, the end of electrode 5 evaporates. Formed fullerene-containing black settles partially down on inner surfaces of chamber 2 and is forced partially therefrom into black collectors.
EFFECT: reduced labour inputs, higher efficiency.
