FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: unit (1) of hardened tubular section from production line is finished by cutting its uneven ends off. At least part of cut-off ends (2) of units (1) of the tubular section is crumbled into particles and together with all materials contained in them are re-used in at least one of earlier stages of tubular section production. Cut and crumbled ends (13) are uniformly distributed over not hardened containing binding substance mat (3) out of mineral cotton along its total width prior to its winding around core (16) and forming a tubular section out of it. Also, crumbled cut ends (13) do not get to front and back ends of mat (3). The system consists of at least breaker (10) for crumbling cut ends (12), of shredder (11) with a distributor of crumbled cut ends (13) of transport device (5, 6) for transporting cut ends (2) to a preceding stage of fabrication.
EFFECT: improved procedure.
