FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of ice-containing suspension includes cooling a water-salt solution combined with its saturation with carbon dioxide under a pressure of 3.0-3.2 MPa. The produced ice-containing suspension is removed into the end product vessel. The water-salt solution is represented by sea water.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce energy costs of ice-containing suspension production in comparison with conventional technical solutions which, in its turn, increases ice-containing suspensions production effectiveness.
