FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: fast-freezing device with a vertical helical conveyor to freeze products consists of an insulated body, a helical vertical conveyor and a row of nozzles. Nozzles connected by a pipeline are installed in four rows along the inner perimetre of the device, and in the device body there is a cylindrical perforated grid, which limits the working cavity of the device along the external diametre of the helical conveyor.
EFFECT: reduced flow of cryoagents and their more efficient application.
