FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric power plant includes electric machine connected to power turbine, bridge rectifier and three-phase bridge inverter parallel connected on direct current buses on semiconductor keys controlled from programmable scheme with connection of the output of the above inverter through contactor having in each phase one input terminal connected to output of inverter, and two output terminals. The first output terminal is connected to one of stator windings of electric machine, and the other one is directly connected or through the filter to one of load phases. Used common industrial network or other source of electric energy, which are connected through the switch to the input of the above bridge rectifier. Plant is equipped with additional contactor the input terminal of each phase of which is connected to one of input phases of the above bridge rectifier, its first output terminal is connected directly to load phase, and the second one is connected to one of phases of stator windings of electric machine. In the plant the electric machine can operate both as motor and as generator.
EFFECT: providing engine cranking on row of programmes except start-up and generation, as well as preventive maintenance by using only one rectifier and one inverter with constant supply of electric power to equipment.
