FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of electric engineering and can be used for designing of electric generating plants supplying with power supply independently. Electric generating plant contains combustion engine and electrical machine operating at start-up from auxiliary power supply source in engine mode, after start-up it operated in generator mode; three-phase bridge rectifier, which input is connected to output terminals of electric machine and out put - with DC buses of three-phase inverter with semiconductor keys controlled by control system in start-up and generation modes. Power plant is equipped with contactors. Input terminals of contactors are connected with power outputs of inverter. One output terminals of contactors in start-up mode are connected with stator winding of electrical machine. The other output terminals of contactors in generation mode are connected directly or through loaded filter bank.

EFFECT: reduction of costs and mass and dimension parameters.
