FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electric power plant includes gas-turbine engine and compressor connected to it through transmission, converter consisting of bridge rectifier and three-phase inverter on semi-conductor switches controlled from programmed circuit. Depending on operating conditions of "generation" - "start" plant the output of inverter is connected through contactor either to booster motor, or through filter to load. Plant is equipped with two electric machines. Booster motor is mechanically connected to gas-turbine engine, and generator is rigidly fixed on compressor shaft and does not require any proper supports; at that, each phase of its starter is connected to output terminal of additional contactor connected to input of rectifier which can be connected through starting contactor to electric network, and through the above additional contactor to load. This allows increasing service life without using complex oil supply systems, and increasing the quantity of received electric energy.
EFFECT: possibility of receiving high amount of electric energy and simplifying electric power nodes owing to their continuous operation without using oil systems.
