FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: complementary differential amplifier containing input cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) opposite phase current outputs, which are matched with the first 4 power supply bus, as well as with the third (5) and the fourth (6) opposite phase current outputs matched with the second (7) power supply bus, the first (8) and the second (9) output transistors with combined bases, the emitters of which are connected through the first (10) and the second (11) current-stabilising bipoles to the first 4 power supply bus, the third (12) and the fourth (13) output transistors with combined bases, the emitters of which are connected through the third (14) and the fourth (15) current-stabilising bipoles to the second (7) power supply bus; the first current mirror (16) the input of which is connected to collector of the first (8) output transistor, and output is connected to collector of the second (9) output transistor and input of buffer amplifier (17) at n-p-n and p-n-p input transistors; the second current mirror (18) the input of which is connected to collector of the fourth (13) output transistor, and output is connected to collector of the third (12) output transistor and to the input of buffer amplifier (17) at n-p-n and p-n-p input transistors. Combined bases of the first (8) and the second (9) output transistors are connected to the input of the second (18) current mirror, and combined bases of the third (12) and the fourth (13) output transistors are connected to the input of the first (16) current mirror.
EFFECT: reducing Uoffset and its drift.
