FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: broad-band differential amplifier (BDA) includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs connected to emitters of the appropriate first (4) and second (5) auxiliary transistors (T), as well as to bases of the first (6) and the second (7) output T, the first (8) current-stabilising bipole (CB) connected between bus of the first (9) power supply (PS) and combined bases of the first T (4) and the second T (5), the second CB (10) connected between emitter of the second T (7) and bus of the second (11) power supply. Collector of the first T (6) is connected to bases of the first T (4) and the second T (5), its emitter is connected to common bus (12) of the first (9) and the second (11) PS, and collectors of the first T (4), the second T (5), as well as collector of the second T (7) are connected to bus of the first (9) PS; at that, output of BDA is connected to emitter of the second T (7).
EFFECT: design of simple ultrabroad-band analogue converter of differential signals to non-differential signal, providing stable unit values of amplification factors as to voltage relative to low-resistance output of broad-band differential amplifier at high zero stability of broad-band differential amplifier in the range of temperatures and radiation effects.
