SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier has an input differential stage (1), having a first (2) and a second (3) current outputs, a first (4) output transistor, whose emitter is connected to the base of a second (5) output transistor, a first (2) current output of the input differential stage (1), a first lead of a first (6) balancing capacitor and connected through a first (7) auxiliary two-terminal network to a first (8) bus of the power supply and the emitter of the second (5) output transistor, a first (9) current stabilising two-terminal network connected to the base of the first (4) output transistor and the collector of the first (5) output transistor, a first (10) load two-terminal network, the first lead of which is connected to the first (11) output of the device and the collector of the first (4) output transistor, a third (12) output transistor whose emitter is connected to the base of a fourth (13) output transistor, the second (3) current output of the input differential stage (1), the first lead of the second (14) balancing capacitor and connected through a second (15) auxiliary two-terminal network to the first (8) bus of the power supply and the emitter of the fourth (13) output transistor, a second (16) current stabilising two-terminal network, connected to the base of the third (12) output transistor and the collector of the fourth (13) output transistor, a second (17) load two-terminal network, the first lead of which is connected to the second (18) output of the device and the collector of the third (12) output transistor. The second lead of the first (10) load two-terminal network is connected to the second (19) bus of the power supply through a first additional resistor (20) and is connected to the second lead of the first (6) balancing capacitor, and the second lead of the second (17) load two-terminal network is connected to the second (19) bus of the power supply through a second (21) additional resistor and is connected to the second lead of the second (14) balancing capacitor.

EFFECT: high gain in the working frequency range, reduced total power consumption compared to multistage amplifiers.
