SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices technology designed to dispense materials for wiping, with automatic or semi-automatic cutting. The proposed device for feeding wiping materials tapes to be used in devices for dispensing of such materials comprises a receiving jacket (1) for side flanges (1a), where a drum (2) is fixed, comprising a cutting device, and a tape of the specified material (4), arranged on top of this drum, and differs by the fact that this device comprises a double accessory, which includes, at one side, a guide facility arranged concentrically relative to the specified drum and determining, together with this drum, an interval of the specified material tape passage, and at the other side, at least two rollers (6 and 8), arranged in parallel to each other and fixed with the possibility of free rotation relative to the specified side flanges of the jacket, being in a geared coupling with a gear (13), which is rigidly connected to the drum, and also by the fact that a certain intermediate facility inserted between the specified rollers (6-8), makes it possible to ensure insertion of the specified material tape into the space formed between the shell and the space, with subsequent discharge of this tape from the specified device in forward direction.
