SUBSTANCE: batching device locking mechanism, combined with retrofittable material roll and furnished with at least one end stopper with a load bearing pin, comprises the locator casing with a guide slot receiving aforesaid load bearing pin. The locator casing accommodates a slider to travel therein. The said locator revolves on its axle from locking into unlocking position and visa versa and has a coupling part that, in the said locking position, interacts with the locator casing locking profile. The proposed invention covers also the end stopper for material roll to feed the said roll into hollow sleeve, the material roll to be fixed in the locking device, the batching device for retrofittable rolls and the method of setting of the said roll.
