FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: delivering device for issuing cleaning materials comprises a housing for placement there at least one roll of continuous tape of cleaning material. The housing contains the outer front wall, two external side walls, and the outer front wall has a dispensing opening for the material tape; and additionally comprises the feeder to control the issuance of the material. The latter comprises a rotating drum with a guide of the material tape, separating from the drum and surrounding much of its perimetre. The material tape is installed with the possibility of its delivery from the first roll over at least a part of the outer surface of the guide of the feeder, which outer surface faces away from the drum and at the feeder. The drive is at least partially retained in the first position by the material tape supplied from the first roll, and designed so that so far as the first roll ends, it shifts its position to the second one, and at the same time activates at least the first loading device for the second roll.
EFFECT: invention provides a more reliable device operation especially during the intermediate phase of transition from the remainder of the roll to the main roll.
