FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and may be used in producing electronic components with p- and n-junctions for microelectronic hardware and solar power engineering. Proposed invention aims at increasing efficiency of solar batteries, that of material evaporation and decreasing losses. For this, dispersion of composite materials is performed by centrifugal spraying. Semiconductor elements kept in aerosol cloud are subjected to effects of electrostatic field and/or that of unipolar corona discharge and mean intensities of acting fields are kept to vary from 1 to 8 kV/cm. Exposure is set to make one minute, not more. Due to shorter aerosol life in aerosol chamber, chemical composition of aerosol drops fails to suffer notable changes because of different evaporation rate thus increasing power efficiency of solar batteries.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced exposure interval and material losses in terms of production program.
