FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. VTOL aircraft consists of airframe, engine compartment, ICE with electric generator and four motors with propellers or four turbojet engines, parachute and control wheel. ICE exploits electric generator to supply electric power for four motors, each being provided with two propellers. Motors with propellers are encapsulated, or four turbojet engines are mounted. Each capsule is fitted independently on the shaft secured with the help of bearing to airframe to allow displacement of capsule in four directions driven by hydraulic pushers and shaft turn reduction gears. Accident buoy trunk is arranged at airframe center and atop it to accommodate buoy ball made up of two semi spheres to house folded parachute and air balloon. Trunk accommodates catapult spring and lock with electric key to detach parachute in emergency. Additionally, for turbojet engine operation, water is forced via jets into output device hot off-gases.
