FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises gas cleaning slurry and dust floatation bringing about fluoro alumina concentrate. Prior to floatation, gas cleaning slurry and dust are precleansed to remove resinous substances by process water at pulp density of 1030-1100 g/l and material is ground to particle size of 0.074 mm, ground material making, at least, 45% of total amount of stock. Note here that floatation is carried out in three stages with feed of fluoro agents mix (steam distilled turpentine plus kerosene) in the ratio of 1:8-10 and in amount of not over 2.7 kg per ton of fluoro alumina concentrate in precleansing stage of floatation.
EFFECT: fluoro alumina concentrate with preset content of fluorine and carbon.
