FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of solid fluorine-containing wastes and industrial products of aluminium production and can be used in aluminium and cement industry to produce fluorine-containing mineralizers used in clinker burning. Method of producing alkali-free mineralizer for burning clinker from fluorine-containing wastes and industrial products of aluminium production involves treatment of said wastes and industrial products with a calcium-containing reagent in an aqueous solution at temperature of 80–100 °C and stirring. Calcium-containing reagent used is calcium chloride, the amount of which is calculated depending on the amount of sodium fluoride and sodium sulphate in wastes and industrial products: CaCl2 (kg) = 1.39×NaF (kg) + 0.8×Na2SO4 (kg).

EFFECT: method enables to obtain an alkali-free mineralizer with high content of fluorine, reduced consumption of the mineralizer, use of alternative calcium-containing reagents and reduction of their consumption for obtaining an alkali-free mineralizer.
