SUBSTANCE: fixed line of reflecting surface is located at distance L from optical axis of in-optic fibre. Optical axis of the later is located at distance D from that of out-optic fibre. Note that design parametres of both are interrelated by the following expression;

, where rc, ΘNA is core radius and optic fibre aperture angle, respectively, X0 is distance at which reflecting surface is located to displace through angle α.

EFFECT: higher operating performances, simplifier production of fibre optic transducer.
