SUBSTANCE: synchronisation method is adapted to provide synchronisation between the application of a set of program applications for efficient work and a business application such as an application for managing interaction with clients. Requests are sent from the application of the set of program applications for efficient work in a business application by accessing a web service in order to update, delete or create a new object in that application. The business application extracts each request from the received web service accesses. The request may be provided in form of a XML data. Requests are sent to the application of the set of program applications for efficient work by sending messages which are embedded in an e-mail message in order to update, delete or create an element in the application of the set of program applications for efficient work. The element is associated with the object of the business application. Control messages are hidden from the user and are extracted from the e-mail message for assessing, resolving conflicts, advancing to a higher level of properties and binding between the object of the business application and the application element of the set of program applications for efficient work.

EFFECT: high rate of synchronising applications.
