FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: high-voltage feedthrough insulator includes current-carrying bar made in hollow housing of insulator body, which has support flange, screen for equalising the electric field intensity, which consists of two parts between which there is a gap; support flange contains two holes diametrically opposite to each other; transportation support for high-voltage current-carrying bar is arranged in holes of support flange. High-voltage device includes high-voltage feedthrough insulator made in the form of the above design. Manufacturing method of high-voltage feedthrough insulator includes hollow housing of insulator body with support flange, the first part of equalising screen is placed in hollow housing, the second part of equalising screen is placed, inside which high-voltage current-carrying bar is placed, which has the first and the second contacts; flange is equipped with two holes diametrically opposite to each other, and gap between parts of the screen is located on one line with the above two holes in support flange; transportation support for high-voltage current-carrying bar is arranged in holes of support flange and high-voltage current-carrying bar is clamped by means of the above transportation support.
