SUBSTANCE: method and device are disclosed to send and receive transfers of general logical channel and transfers of dedicated logical channel through a high-speed downlink shared channel (HS-DSCH). An object of access control to a transfer medium (MAC-hs) forms a protocol data unit (PDU) MAC-hs, a carrier unit PDU MAC-c/sh/m and/or a unit PDU MAC-d. User-equipment (UE) specific time identifier of the channel HS-DSCH radio network (identifier H-RNTI) may be used for a unit PDU MAC-d, and cell-specific identifier H-RNTI may be used for a unit PDU MAC-c/sh/b. As an alternative, the cell-specific identifier H-RNTI and one of identifiers RNTI of the cell (C-RNTI) and RNTI of the universal ground network of radio access (U-RNTI) may be used in the condition Cell-FACH. Type and identification information of a logical channel may be inserted into a heading of a unit PDU MAC-hs or are designated by a separate identifier H-RNTL. The type of a logical channel for common logical channels may be identified in the heading of a unit PDU MAC-c/sh/m. The type and identification information of a logical channel may be identified by means of a queue identifier.
