SUBSTANCE: system is proposed for a user to obtain access to a communication network, at the same time the user terminal receives requirements to an attribute of a network element, according to these requirements it selects a network element, which meets the requirements to implement a service proposed for use, and obtains access to this element that satisfies the requirements of the used service implementation. The service requested by a user terminal may be implemented in a regular manner. Besides, the proposed invention also discloses a user terminal and a device for detection of a proxy call and session control function (P-CSCF).

EFFECT: development of a method for a user to obtain access to a network on the basis of a session initiation protocol, making it possible for a user to select a network element, which meets the requirements of an opportunity to implement a service proposed for use, and to gain access to the selected network elements.
