SUBSTANCE: internal interface object (HGGSN) is provided with data (MCC', MNC') of an access network that identifies a communications access network (AN). Messages are sent, which contain access network data (MCC', MNC') from the internal interface object (HGGSN), to service facilities (HSS). Data (MCC, MNC) of the internal network and data (MCC", MNC") of the access network are compared, user (UE) rights for roaming are checked on the basis of predetermined criteria, when the result of comparision pitch is negative, and messages are sent, containing data (MCC", MNC") of the access network, at least, to one functional facility (CSCF) of call status monitoring, when the result of comparision pitch is positive.
EFFECT: reduction of time for connection to IMS services when located in the external network.
