SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to method of immature eggs incubation and hatching, in particular, for immature eggs removed in a shell from a bird, before an egg moves into a bird's cloaca. The method of eggs incubation and hatching includes pre-incubation storage of immature eggs removed in a surgical manner. They are placed into an incubation cage fit to ensure variable position of eggs. Ventilation is monitored in the cage. Eggs are weighed to monitor weight loss. Relative humidity is reduced to the level from around 15% to around 40%, and temperature is changed in the incubation cage during the incubation phase to obtain the target loss of weight during the incubation phase. Relative humidity and temperature are monitored in the incubation cage in process of hatching phase, relative humidity is increased to the level from around 60 to 75 %, and eggs rotation is stopped. Eggs are kept in the cage in conditions free of microorganisms until hatched. The method also includes a stage to provide additives to birds' ration.

EFFECT: constantly high index of healthy birds hatchability from immature eggs removed by a surgical method.
