FIELD: medicine, veterinary.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary, in particular to surgical method of withdrawal of eggs in premature state. Isolating box contains: walls with two glove entrances, solid base, surgical port on solid base of isolation box and support for reception and placement of bird during sterile surgical procedure, which in closed state ensures complete and stable air isolation, supported between the bird on support and surgical port. Surgical method of withdrawal from bird of pre-mature eggs in their own shell, realised in surgical isolation box, contains the following stages: isolation of surgical port with the first layer of sterile transparent adhesive film: purification and sterilisation of operation surface of bird and placement of bird on support in open state; application of narrow strip of transparent adhesive film on sterile surface of bird; application of the second layer of sterile transparent adhesive film on narrow strip of adhesive film; changing position of support into closed one with respect to operation surface of surgical isolation box, with the first adhesive layer being in contact with the second adhesive layer, and creation between bird and surgical isolation box complete air isolation; cutting of adhesive film; carrying out section of bird skin; exposing bird ovary on the surface and cutting ovary and withdrawal of egg.

EFFECT: application of method males it possible to obtain bird eggs in sterile state.
