FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to iron-based metallurgical composition. Proposed composition comprises iron or iron-based powder and dispersed composite lubricant containing particles with a core that incorporates solid organic lubricant with carbon particles stuck thereto. Said dispersed composite lubricant is produced by mixing dispersed organic material and finely-dispersed particles in conditions that allow sticking of carbon particles to organic material surface.
EFFECT: powder composition features good rheological properties and high bulk density.
