SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises fluid feed source to feed fluid to operating devices, first device to discharge fluid from said fluid feed source at preset pipeline pressure and second device cut in between said first device and said operating devices. Second device serves to adjust, adequately and independently, fluid flow high pressure in pipeline to preset lower working pressure. Note here that fluid fed to each operating device may, if required, have a lower operating pressure. Proposed method consists in feeding fluid flow from fluid feed source at preset high pressure via pipeline to operating devices. Note here that pressure reducing devices are arranged between fluid feed source and operating devices to adjust, adequately and independently, fluid flow high pressure in pipeline to preset lower working pressure so that that fluid fed to each operating device may, if required, have a lower operating pressure.
