FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in sand-blasting surface of sample, in etching in mixture of concentrated hydrofluoric and sulphuric acids, and in forming intermediate layer of nickel on surface of sample by electroplating. Further, the procedure consists in forming composite plastic layer by application of the first layer of copper, where upon there is performed thermal-vacuum treatment and the second layer of copper is applied to thickness of coating layer as high, as 70-80 mcm. A blank is successively subjected to equi-channel angular pressing at pressure as high, as 1000 MPa within the range of temperature 450-500°C while maintaining intermediate and plastic metal layers in a finished item.
EFFECT: reduced forces for pressing, improved process due to reduced wear of punch, improved mechanical characteristics of sample, reduced oxidation and frictional indices of pressing process at higher temperatures.
