FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed cooling device cools heat source down. Proposed cooling device comprises cooling circuit, electrically driven pump, switch and control sections. Coolant circulation forces cooling circuit air to move toward air discharge unit and get released from cooling circuit via air discharge unit. Switch section changes pump operating conditions from normal operating conditions to air bleed conditions to force air from cooling circuit into air discharge unit. During air discharge control section controls electrically drive pump to vary coolant feed from said pump according to preset scheme that allows a transfer of air remaining in cooling circuit sections into air discharge unit.

EFFECT: efficient air discharge from cooling circuit.
