COUNTER-ROTARY WIND-DRIVEN UNIT Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC F03D1/02 F03D11/04

Abstract RU 2420671 C1

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: counter-rotary wind-driven unit includes support mast, turbine on horizontal shaft, generator and converter of turbine rotation into rotary movement of rotor shaft. Generator is located at straight angle to turbine shaft and coaxially to support mast. Turbine and generator are arranged diametrically opposite relative to rotary axis of support mast of the unit. Generator is located at some distance from it by means of a bracket on the specified arm and can be moved vertically. In order to provide opposite rotations of rotor and counter-rotor on turbine shaft diametrically opposite relative to their common rotation axis there located are drive elements of edge-bonded transducer of rotation movement.

EFFECT: invention allows improving stability and reliability of wind-driven unit, providing conditions for its no-failure operation and simplifying maintenance of mechanisms.
